1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by Infinity Cakes and More, located at 5704 Evers Rd, San Antonio, Texas, 78238

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older or have permission from a legal guardian to participate.

• Giveaway open to residents of San Antonio, Texas, and surrounding areas.

• Employees of Infinity Cakes and More and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Participate
To enter the giveaway, participants must:

1. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

2. Like the giveaway post.

3. Tag 3 friends in the comments.

4. Complete this form.

4. Prize

• One (1) custom quinceañera cake, valued up to $700 USD

• The cake must be redeemed by December 31, 2025.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner Selection

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• The winner will be announced on July 19th via our official social media platforms.

• If the winner does not claim the prize within 5 business days of the announcement, a new winner may be selected.

6. Use of Image and Likeness
By entering, the winner agrees to allow Infinity Cakes and More to share photos of the cake and event on its social media and marketing channels.

7. General Conditions

• Infinity Cakes and More reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.

• This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.

8. Minimum Participation Requirement
A minimum of 20 eligible participants is required for the giveaway to take place. If this minimum is not reached by the deadline, Infinity Cakes and More reserves the right to cancel the giveaway and no prize will be awarded.
